Terms of Business

Our terms of business include the following:

Unless agree otherwise:

Deposits - Attended Funerals: You must pay the deposit of the disbursement costs when making the funeral arrangements

Please let us know if there are funds in estate accounts, or a solicitor is administering the estate or life assurance will be used to pay the balance.

Deposits - Unattended Funerals: Are to be paid in full when making funeral arrangements.

Final Balances - The final balance must be paid within 28 days of the invoice date.

Late Payment - The following charges will be made for late payment: costs incurred in seeking payment. This may involve engaging a third party company to recover the balance on our behalf who may add fees, charges and interest.
